I'm JT Schofield, a full stack web developer with a strong background in cybersecurity and data science. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security with a Minor in Data Science from Mercyhurst University and have completed advanced full stack development training through ERA Solutions. My expertise lies in building secure, scalable web applications that blend intuitive user experiences with best-in-class coding practices.
As a former Cryptologic Technician in the U.S. Navy, I honed a detail-oriented mindset and a problem-solving approach under high-pressure environments—skills that directly translate to my work in software development. I've led projects ranging from dynamic React dashboards for real-time financial analysis to custom chatbot integrations using Python and OpenAI, always with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
